By providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that it will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Australian law.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
When you place an order, contact us, subscribe to our mailing list or otherwise provide information directly to us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, order details and any information you choose to provide when communicating with us.
When you make a purchase, payment information is processed through the payment provider used at checkout. Okami may receive transaction confirmations and limited payment-related information necessary to process and manage your order, but we do not generally receive or store your complete payment card details.
Our website may also automatically collect technical information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions with the website and similar usage information. This information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How We Use Your Information
We may use personal information we collect to process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, process payments and refunds, communicate with you about an order or enquiry, provide customer support and operate and improve our website and business.
We may also use information to maintain the security of our website and transactions, prevent or investigate suspected fraud or misuse, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Where you have subscribed or otherwise provided the appropriate consent, we may use your contact details to send you news, offers, product updates and other marketing communications from Okami Beverages.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from contacting you where necessary regarding an order, delivery or other transaction.
Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website is hosted using Squarespace. Squarespace and services connected to our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enable important website functions, including shopping cart and checkout functionality, and to help us understand how visitors interact with the website.
Cookies are small files stored on your device or browser. They can be used to remember preferences, maintain website functionality and collect information about website usage and performance.
Depending on your browser and the configuration of our website, you may be able to restrict or disable certain cookies through your browser settings or the cookie controls available on our website. Disabling certain cookies may affect the operation of some website features.
How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may provide personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide products or services to you. This may include our website and ecommerce service providers, payment processors, delivery and logistics providers, email and marketing service providers, analytics providers, professional advisers and other businesses that provide services to Okami.
For example, if you place an online order, relevant information such as your name, delivery address and contact details may be provided to a courier or delivery provider so that your order can be delivered.
We may also disclose personal information where required or authorised by law, to respond to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, business or property.
Third-party service providers may handle information in accordance with their own privacy policies as well as their arrangements with us.
Overseas Processing
Some of the technology providers used to operate our website and business operate internationally.
In particular, Squarespace may store or process website and customer data using infrastructure located outside Australia, including in the United States. Other service providers we use may also process information overseas.
Where personal information is handled by third-party providers, their own privacy and data handling practices may also apply.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
We also rely on reputable third-party providers to provide services such as website hosting and payment processing.
However, no online service or method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should take appropriate care when providing personal or confidential information online.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including fulfilling orders, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving enquiries or disputes, and meeting legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, destroy or de-identify it, subject to any legal requirements that require us to retain it.
Accessing or Correcting Your Information
You may contact us if you would like to request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that you believe is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
You may also ask us to delete personal information that we hold about you. We will consider such requests where reasonably possible, although we may need to retain certain information for legitimate business, transaction, record-keeping or legal purposes.
We may need to verify your identity before providing access to or making changes to personal information.
Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to websites, social media platforms or services operated by third parties.
If you follow a link to a third-party website, that organisation's own privacy policy and terms will apply. Okami is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of third-party websites that we do not control.

We will review your enquiry or complaint and seek to respond within a reasonable period.
Where applicable, you may also have rights to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant regulator.

Any revised Privacy Policy will be published on our website with an updated “Last updated” date.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Okami Beverages website and any purchases you make through it.
By accessing our website, placing an order or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order through it.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Using Our Website
You may use our website for personal or legitimate business purposes.
You must not use our website:
for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
in a way that infringes the rights of Okami or another person;
to introduce viruses, malicious code or other technology that may damage or interfere with the website;
to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or data;
to collect information about other users without authority; or
in a way that disrupts or places an unreasonable burden on the operation of the website.
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Product photographs are provided for illustration and presentation purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, packaging changes or other factors.
Packaging, labelling and other minor product details may also change from time to time without materially changing the product.
You should review the product label, ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions and other information provided with a product before consumption, particularly where you have specific dietary requirements, allergies or sensitivities.
Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order at the price displayed at checkout.
We may decline or cancel an order before it is fulfilled where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including where:
a product is unavailable;
we cannot deliver to the nominated address;
payment cannot be authorised or completed;
we reasonably suspect an order is fraudulent;
an order has been placed as a result of an obvious pricing or website error; or
fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no products have been supplied, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any associated delivery charges that are no longer applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order, including your name, contact information and delivery address, is complete and accurate.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order details. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Delivery charges and any optional services or extras will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change from time to time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious error and we contact you to resolve the issue.
If an incorrect price has been displayed due to a genuine website, technical or administrative error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order and give you the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method and authorise the applicable amount to be charged.
We do not generally receive or store your complete payment card details.
Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discount codes or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
promotions cannot be combined with other offers;
discount codes must be entered at checkout to apply;
promotions may be subject to availability, minimum purchase requirements or other stated conditions; and
promotional offers may have an expiry date.
We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to the conditions of the promotion.
Any specific conditions communicated with a promotion form part of these Terms for that promotion.
Delivery
We deliver to the locations made available through our website and checkout.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed where applicable during the ordering process.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we will take reasonable steps to arrange delivery within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur due to courier networks, weather, peak periods, incorrect delivery information or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any delivery instructions necessary to complete delivery.
If an order cannot be delivered because the information supplied by you is incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.
Where you expressly authorise a carrier to leave an order unattended, the carrier may leave the order at the nominated location in accordance with those instructions.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
We want your order to arrive in the condition in which it was intended to be received.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may ask you to provide information reasonably necessary for us to assess the issue, such as your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, or details regarding the delivery.
Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, your rights are not affected by whether the problem occurred while the product was being transported by a third-party courier or delivery provider.
Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Returns and Refunds
Your purchases are protected by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where those guarantees apply.
Among other things, products sold to consumers must be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose and match their description.
Where a product does not comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. The remedy available will depend on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor.
For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose between a replacement or refund and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges where you simply change your mind, except where we expressly agree otherwise.
The Returns and Refunds Policy should be read together with these Terms.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy provided by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent that any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with a right you have under applicable law, that legal right will prevail.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and current.
However, errors may occasionally occur in product descriptions, pricing, availability, delivery information, promotions or other website content.
We may correct errors or update information when they are identified.
General information on our website is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional, medical, nutritional or other specialised advice.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Okami Beverages website (including branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product imagery, written content, website design and other materials) is owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Okami Beverages.
You may view and use the website for your own personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to, or rely on services provided by, third parties. These may include payment providers, delivery providers, social media platforms or other online services.
Third-party websites and services are operated independently from Okami and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the operation or content of third-party websites that we do not control.
This does not affect any responsibility Okami has to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law in connection with products or services that we supply.
Privacy
Personal information provided to or collected by Okami is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how that information may be used and disclosed, and how you can contact us regarding your personal information.
Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and operating properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend, change or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website interruptions or technical problems outside our reasonable control.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from rights and consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okami is not responsible for losses that:
were not reasonably foreseeable;
were not caused by a breach by Okami;
result from your misuse of a product;
result from your failure to follow product storage, handling or usage instructions; or
arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law gives you rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, those rights and remedies remain fully available to you.
Business and Wholesale Customers
These Terms primarily govern use of our website and purchases made through our online store.
Where we enter into a separate wholesale, distribution, restaurant, venue or other commercial agreement with a business customer, the terms of that separate agreement will apply to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
Nothing in this section excludes any rights that a business customer may have under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, business practices or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on our website together with the date it was last updated.
Changes to these Terms will apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively alter the terms that applied to an order already completed unless required by law or agreed with you.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Subject to any rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable consumer law, you and Okami submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

At Okami Beverages, we take care to ensure your order is packed securely and delivered to you as smoothly as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains our delivery charges, dispatch times, free shipping offer and optional Protected Shipping.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship to addresses throughout most of Australia.
Shipping rates vary depending on your delivery location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Rates may differ based on the destination, including for regional and remote locations.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
Dispatch times refer to the time it takes for your order to leave us and do not include the time taken by the delivery provider to transport your order.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the carrier servicing your area. Any estimated delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, peak periods, weather and other disruptions.
Free Shipping
Receive free standard shipping when you purchase three or more cases in a single order.
Free shipping will be applied automatically to eligible orders at checkout.
Where you choose to add Protected Shipping, the Protected Shipping fee remains payable even where your order qualifies for free standard shipping.
Protected Shipping
For an additional fee at checkout, you may choose to add Protected Shipping to your order.
Protected Shipping provides an additional Okami guarantee against damage occurring while your order is in transit.
If any bottle within a Protected Shipping case arrives broken, cracked, leaking or otherwise damaged in transit, you may choose either:
a full replacement of the affected case, at no additional product or delivery cost; or
a refund of the amount paid for the affected case.
Protected Shipping applies to damage that occurs before or during delivery. It does not cover damage occurring after the order has been successfully delivered, damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery, or damage to external packaging where the bottles themselves remain undamaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number together with photographs of the damaged bottle(s), case and packaging where available. This helps us assess what occurred and arrange your preferred resolution quickly.
Protected Shipping is an additional benefit provided by Okami and does not replace, restrict or exclude any rights or remedies you may otherwise have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders Without Protected Shipping
We take reasonable care when packing every order, regardless of whether Protected Shipping is selected.
If you do not purchase Protected Shipping and your order arrives damaged, defective or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may still be entitled to a remedy under Australian law.
Protected Shipping provides the additional guarantee described above and should not be taken to mean that customers who do not purchase it have no rights in relation to damaged or faulty goods.
Delivery Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update your delivery details where the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing or delivery has commenced.
Where an order is returned to us or requires redelivery because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.
Authority to Leave
Where you provide authority for a delivery to be left unattended, the carrier may leave your order at the nominated delivery location in accordance with your instructions.
Please choose a secure and appropriate location for unattended deliveries.
Protected Shipping covers damage that occurred while your order was in transit but does not cover loss, theft, damage or deterioration occurring after an order has been successfully delivered to the nominated location.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Failed or Missed Deliveries
Delivery procedures vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Where delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery, redirect the order to a collection point, or return the order to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply where an order needs to be resent because delivery could not be completed due to incorrect information supplied with the order or circumstances attributable to the recipient.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If something is wrong with your delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
This includes situations where:
your order arrives damaged;
an item is missing from your order;
you receive an incorrect product; or
your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and any relevant photographs or information so that we can investigate and assist you.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Protected Shipping is an additional promise made by Okami Beverages and operates alongside, rather than in place of, your statutory consumer rights.

We want every Okami Beverages order to arrive as expected. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue and provide:
your order number or other proof of purchase;
a brief description of the problem; and
photographs of the affected product and packaging, where relevant.
Please do not dispose of or return damaged products unless we ask you to do so.
Protected Shipping
If you purchased Protected Shipping with your order, your order is covered by our additional Protected Shipping guarantee.
If any bottle within a case covered by Protected Shipping arrives broken, cracked, leaking or otherwise damaged in transit, you may choose between:
a replacement of the entire affected case, at no additional product or delivery cost; or
a refund of the amount paid for the affected case.
We may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged bottle, case and packaging so that we can confirm the damage and investigate the delivery.
Protected Shipping applies to damage occurring before or during delivery and does not cover damage occurring after your order has been successfully delivered, including damage caused by improper handling or storage.
Protected Shipping is an additional benefit offered by Okami Beverages. It does not replace, restrict or exclude any rights you may otherwise have under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you change your mind, order the wrong product, find the product elsewhere for a different price or decide that you no longer want the product.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Proof of Purchase
We may ask you to provide reasonable proof that the product was purchased from Okami Beverages.
This may include an order confirmation, receipt, transaction record or other information that allows us to identify your purchase.
Returns
In many cases involving broken or damaged beverages, returning the product will not be necessary. Please contact us before attempting to return an item.
If we ask you to return a product, we will provide appropriate return instructions.
Where a returned product is confirmed to have a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return costs where required by law.
If a product is returned and, after assessment, is found not to have a fault or other problem for which Okami is responsible, return or redelivery costs may remain your responsibility.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow a reasonable period for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued by us.
Any refund of delivery charges, return costs or other associated expenses will be handled in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances of the order.
